The keys to the house can be obtained through our local cleaning lady.

Bookings

When receiving your booking confirmation by e-mail, you are kindly requested to make a deposit payment of 25% of the total sum at least 6 weeks before the arrival date.
The remaining part (of 75% of the total sum) can be paid at least 3 days before departure.

For each payment we will send you a confirmation by e-mail.

Cancellations

In case you have to cancel your booking, please let us know by e-mail and depending on the date of cancellation, we will refund a percentage of your deposit payment according to the following table:

100% : more than 4 weeks prior to arrival
50% : between 2 and 4 weeks prior to arrival
0% : less than 2 weeks prior to arrival

As a recommendation in general, you are advised to take out travel and/or cancellation insurance.
